AT FILMMAKER STYLE, EACH PRODUCT IS CUSTOM-MADE, DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR FILMMAKERS WHO WANT TO EXPRESS THEIR PASSION THROUGH STYLE. DUE TO THE CUSTOMIZED NATURE OF OUR T-SHIRTS, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR OFFER REFUNDS UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE UPON ARRIVAL.

IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY. TO PROCESS YOUR CLAIM, YOU MUST PROVIDE:

  • A CLEAR DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE

  • PHOTOS SHOWING THE DAMAGE OR DEFECT

  • YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND CONTACT DETAILS

ONCE VERIFIED, WE WILL OFFER YOU A REPLACEMENT AT NO EXTRA COST OR ISSUE A REFUND TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.

  • COLORS MAY SLIGHTLY VARY FROM SCREEN TO PRINT DUE TO MONITOR SETTINGS — THIS IS NOT CONSIDERED A DEFECT.

  • CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED ONCE PRODUCTION HAS BEGUN.
